A contemporary ritual-media work developed from an artist-led dawn ritual at Seonbawi Rock in Seoul. Through mask, movement, breath, sound, and digital image, the work asks how embodied cultural memory can persist without being reduced to spectacle or a fixed image of tradition.

Long-term embodied research into Korean body-cosmology, breath, movement, qi, meridian knowledge, seasonal rhythm, and everyday ritual.

A moving-image series arising from Moumdasreum research and the classical Korean practice of nurturing life through daily bodily care.
